End-to-end Product Design

This project showcases my ability to lead complex redesign initiatives, adapt to changing circumstances, and deliver measurable improvements in user experience and business outcomes. By employing a two-phase approach - rapid MVP development followed by data-driven refinement - I successfully created a more intuitive and effective product that significantly improved user engagement and satisfaction.

Project Overview:

As the lead designer, I spearheaded a two-phase redesign of Daily Habits, a SaaS web and mobile app helping users achieve well-being goals through daily activities. This case study demonstrates my ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results under tight deadlines.

Phase 1: MVP Development:


MVP Challenge:
As the sole designer, I faced a compressed timeline (further reduced by 3 weeks mid-project) to deliver an MVP, with development already underway before design work began.


MVP Approach:

  • Employed design thinking principles

MVP Process:

  • Week 1: Evaluated similar apps, blocked out core components

  • Weeks 2-6: Iterative design and development, created comprehensive documentation
